1 1⁄2 oz Vodka1⁄2 oz Triple Sec1⁄2 oz Banana Liqueur1 oz Pineapple Juice
1⁄4 oz Grenadine

For the hell of it, here’s a recipe I made for a co-worker’s bridal shower. I made the caramelized vanilla pineapple syrup for her.

Blue Agave Old Fashioned
1 teaspoon agave nectar
2 oz good quality resposado or añejo tequila
2-3 dashes angostura bitters, and, if you can find’em, two dashes of orange bitters
lemon peel and orange peel
Stir agave nectar, tequila, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice with a bar spoon for ten seconds. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with big ice cubes. Release oils of lemon and orange peel by squeezing peel side out into the glass. Garnish with the lemon peel and orange peel.

Daytona Daydream 

 Ingredients 1 1/4 oz. Spiced Rum (more Spiced Rum drinks) 
3 oz. Pink Grapefruit Juice (more Pink Grapefruit Juice drinks) 
2 oz. Coconut Cream (more Coconut Cream drinks) 
1/2 oz. Grenadine (more Grenadine drinks) 
Instructions Shake well and pour into ice cube filled highball glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Acid Strawberry Drop

Composed of:

Milk
Strawberry
Sugar 
Rum
Strawberry syrup
A little bit of lemon

1 egg white
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1 oz of lemon juice
2 oz of good bourbon whiskey
1 oz of st germain’s elderflower liqueur
lemon twist for garnish
shake all ingredients in a shaker for ten seconds without ice for foaminess. then add ice and continue to shake. strain into an ice-filled glass, or if you prefer it without ice, serve it in an old fashioned glass (4 oz). without ice, it has a more luscious, velvety feel.

Sometimes, Post-Cocktail recipes don’t work out, but I already took some photos. We’ll have to try it another time. Here’s an image without a decent recipe. Also, did you know one horned melon costs $6? That is absurd.
Failure is part of the game, I suppose.

Floral Absinthe Punch
100ml Elderflower liqueur
100ml good quality Absinthe
50ml Campari
500ml blood orange juice
250ml sparkling mineral water

Fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
juice of half a lime
tequila blanco
dash of salt
sage for garnish
Fill a glass full of ice. Mix ingredients. Stir. Garnish with sage leaf. Enjoy anytime of day.
